He graduated BA and MA in Finance and Accounting at Warsaw School of Economics with specializations in Investment Banking and Corporate Finance. Postgraduate in Business Valuation Methods of joint-stock companies at Warsaw School of Economics, CFA level I passed.
Associate at Neo Investments, earlier Senior at Ernst & Young Transaction Advisory Services in M&A team, where he participated in numerous M&A deals, both on sell and buy-side, as well as in Non-Performing Loans Portfolio disposals. Responsible for both deal origination and deal execution. Apart from typical analytical responsibilities (market research, financial analysis, transaction documentation preparation) he was also responsible for projects' supervision (including contact with the client, coordination of other advisors' work and supervision of younger analysts).
He took part in largest NPL deals in Poland (e.g. sale of a banking retail NPL portfolio of PLN 600m nominal value and sale of non-banking retail portfolio exceeding PLN 1bn nominal value), a pioneer project on the Polish market of a cyclical sale of NPL portfolios in form of forward Flow Agreement and successful takeover of Zakłady Chemiczne Police by Zakłady Azotowe Tarnów.
He took part in advisory projects for such companies as: Lotos, Bank Millennium, BRE Bank, Provident, Grupa Azoty Police and Penta Investments.
